As a vital member of our organization, you will source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles. You will champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury, or health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
  • Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Engage and work with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
  • Promote the organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
About You

Essential Criteria include qualifications in Employment or Human Services, proven ability to meet KPIs, strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You must also have a current Driver's License and be able to pass pre-employment checks.
