About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team, who has a passion for driving strategic risk management and data-driven decision making through innovative analytics and AI approaches.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that brings deep expertise in data sourcing, engineering, and analytics methods to address complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on strategic risk management initiatives across diverse industries using data analytics and AI technologies.
  • Lead and deliver large-scale projects, drive sales initiatives, and manage project risks and financials effectively.
  • Develop data-driven strategies, analyse complex data sets, and provide actionable insights to support business objectives.
  • Design and implement advanced data models, leveraging AI and machine learning techniques, to identify and mitigate risk issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data solutions, effectively communicating technical concepts to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in data analytics, model development, and feature engineering in response to risk management and compliance issues.
  • Proficient in data querying and manipulation using cloud-based SQL and NoSQL database technologies, with experience in building visualisations in Tableau or Power BI.
  • Demonstrated expertise in modern MLOps/DevOps approaches, managing and deploying models at scale on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Robust understanding of statistical methods, data modelling techniques, and programming languages like Python or R.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
