We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk and Compliance Professional to join our team in a key leadership role.

About the Role
  • Work with senior leaders to develop and implement frameworks, tools and templates that drive consistency and risk management.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify key risks and controls, and build capability within the risk and compliance function.
  • Provide strategic guidance and influence senior stakeholders to ensure effective risk and compliance practices are embedded throughout the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in risk management, governance and compliance, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
