As the Executive Director, you will lead a dedicated team and regional leadership group, championing the voices of local communities across the region. This role offers a unique opportunity to shift entrenched systems, influence conversations, and support communities to design and deliver meaningful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and implement strategies that align with our organization's vision and goals.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including community leaders, government officials, and partners.
• Analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions that drive positive change.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience, including 3 or more years enabling high performing teams.
• Completion of a degree or qualification in Management, or similar, with relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Collective impact mindset, with the presence to inspire confidence, passion, and accountability in both internal and external audiences.
• Advanced strategy and planning skills, including the ability to think strategically on both organizational and systemic levels over multi-year horizons.
