Requirements:
  • A minimum of high school or equivalent education.
  • Certificate 2 or 4 in individual support or willingness to pursue completion (highly regarded).
  • Lived experience or paid experience working with people with disabilities.
  • Availability for varied shifts, including day, night, sleepovers, and weekends.
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base, considering individual needs and preferences.
  • Basic care and first aid skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.
