As a Mentor, you'll support individuals through every step of their employment journey. From building confidence to setting goals and accessing training, you'll empower people to take control of their future.
What You'll Do:
Build Trust That Makes a Difference:Take the time to really understand your clients - their goals, strengths, and roadblocks. Build trust and create supportive relationships that lay the foundation for lasting success.
Be the Spark That Keeps Them Going: Be the uplifting force in someone's journey. Encourage, support, and energise your clients as they work toward meaningful employment and personal growth.
Deliver Outcomes That Matter: Your guidance will lead to real, life-changing results - from job placements and skills development to boosted confidence and self-belief.
Map the Way Forward: Collaborate with clients to set clear, achievable goals. Break down barriers and map out practical steps that move them forward in work and life.
Keep the Process Strong and Compliant: Keep everything running smoothly by ensuring accurate, up-to-date records using systems like ESS/WAOP and Job Ready. Consistency and compliance are key.
Contribute to a High-Performing Team: Play an active role in our team's success by using resources wisely, supporting efficiency, and helping us meet financial and service goals.
