Job Title: Lead Operations Manager
">Our organisation is seeking an experienced Lead Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations on the production line, ensuring targets are met, processes run smoothly and both safety and quality standards are consistently maintained.
">This is a leadership role that involves supervising, motivating and supporting production staff to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment, strong knowledge of food safety, GMP and health & safety practices, excellent leadership and communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.

- Leading and Motivating the Production Team: Oversee daily operations, ensure targets are met and motivate staff to achieve business objectives.">
- Production Schedule Management: Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet targets.">
- Health and Safety: Ensure all health & safety, food safety and hygiene standards are followed.">
- Staff Development: Train new team members and support ongoing staff development.">
- Quality Checks: Perform quality checks and escalate issues when necessary.">
- Shift Reports: Complete shift reports and handovers accurately.">
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot operational issues and liaise with maintenance or quality teams.">
