
Operations Lead

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced leader to join our team as an Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and supervise colleagues in daily operations including lounge management, food and beverage service, and staff rostering;
- Report on financial results, problems, and areas for improvement;
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry codes of practice, and company policies;
- Rostering operational colleagues;
- Manage special events and control execution;
- Maintain operational budgets, particularly wage, food, and beverage costs;
- Recruit and develop junior colleagues to maintain high standards of service;
- Maximize staff efficiency, quality, and timeliness of work completion;
- Monitor staff appearance, attire, conduct, and work attitude;
- Handle client complaints and staff grievances;
- Participate in business development projects assigned by the Head of Operations and Regional General Manager;
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to continual improvement activities;
- Cooperate with other divisions to achieve efficient and effective operations and results;
- Implement SOPs and ensure their maintenance and update.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Tertiary education qualification in Hospitality Management or related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience with 3 years at senior management level in hospitality;
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of managing and leading services and hospitality nature of business or outlet;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Detail-minded, efficient, well-planned, and good business sense;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with analytical mind;
- Calm, efficient, and organized;
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills;
- Accountable and resilient;
- Fluent command in English; written and spoken;
- Able to travel to the Adelaide airport.
