**Join Michael Hill's Global Planning Team**

As a Planning Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Planning Team in achieving their goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert support to the Planning Team in all areas of weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Ensuring data integrity for the Planning Department by utilizing advanced administration skills.
  • Working in various systems, including D365, PIM, Jasper, Onyx, and Excel, to ensure seamless data alignment and accuracy.
  • Providing planners with analytics and suggested actions to support assortment decisions.
  • Assisting in aspects of the ranging process with the Merchandising team, including managing inventory target levels by SKU/store, raising purchase orders, and assisting with markdown/pricing management.
  • Communicating information effectively to multiple areas of the business.
