**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the global planning team in all areas of reporting, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery.
  • Utilize advanced administration skills to maintain data integrity for the planning department, ensuring seamless system operations.
  • Work in various systems, including D365, PIM, Jasper, Onyx, and Excel, to ensure data alignment and accuracy.
  • Manage min/max targets and stock allocations to drive high in-store availability without overstocking, while maintaining ideal store/DC mixes.
  • Conduct regular store-level reviews to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Provide planners with analytics and suggested actions to support assortment and inventory decisions.
  • Manage intake, including raising purchase orders and supplier communication.
  • Effectively communicate information to multiple areas of the business.

**Requirements**

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to problem-solve and think critically.
  • Able to work proactively in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and desire to follow through with processes.
  • Possess strong communication skills to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective time management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
