About the Role:

  • Review and analyze contract documents, negotiating terms and payment conditions.
  • Prepare and manage monthly progress claims, variations, and contract documentation.
  • Coordinate materials procurement and administer installer and subcontractor teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Review and analyze contract documents, negotiating terms, payment conditions, and other requirements as needed.
  2. Prepare and manage monthly progress claims, variations, RFIs, and contract documentation.
  3. Track project costs, maintaining accurate budgets and forecasts to support financial objectives.
  4. Coordinate materials procurement and administer installer and subcontractor teams.
  5. Liaise with site teams, consultants, and installers to resolve commercial and contractual issues.
  6. Support the preparation of head contract claims and provide accurate project reporting.
  7. Maintain meticulous contract records and ensure compliance with company systems and procedures.
  8. Identify risks and opportunities across projects to optimize outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • A positive, energetic, and can-do attitude that inspires others.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for clear client communication.
  • A collaborative spirit, with a reputation for punctuality and trustworthiness.
  • Must have a valid work right. (Sponsorship available for exceptional candidates requiring a work visa)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals and build lasting client relationships.
