Contracts Administrator - National Tier 2 builder
Join a national Tier 2 builder delivering large-scale industrial & commercial projects. Role
As a Contracts Administrator, you will support Project Managers across one or more major projects. You'll manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, reporting, and financial control, while building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
Administer head contracts, subcontracts, variations, progress claims & RFIs.
Assist with budgets, cost reporting & forecasting.
Attend and contribute to client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
3-5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator working for a head contractor
Experience working on new build commercial, residential, or Industrial construction projects
Strong contract, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
