About the Role

The House Manager Intensive Therapeutic Care position requires an individual with exceptional leadership and therapeutic skills. This role entails delivering high-quality care that addresses the complex needs of our residents, while fostering a positive and supportive environment.

As the leader of the ITC Therapeutic Youth Work team, you will work closely with other professionals to provide comprehensive support and guidance to our residents. Your expertise in developing behaviour management programs and your ability to collaborate effectively will be essential in ensuring the success of this role.

Key Requirements
  • A Bachelor Degree qualification in social work, community services, management or a relevant field
  • Proven experience in developing programmes for children and adolescents with challenging behaviours
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams and use personal judgement when required
  • Knowledge of residential care practices, particularly in a therapeutic environment
