Supportive Care Provider

The primary objective of this position is to deliver exceptional care and support to residents in their daily lives.
- A Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent qualification is required for this role. We also welcome RN & EN students who are eager to apply their skills and knowledge.
- Key responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance.
- An essential aspect of this role is ensuring accurate and concise documentation in care planning, which involves working closely with Registered Nurses and Senior Management to develop individualized plans that cater to each resident's unique needs.
