Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute research that resonates – spanning diverse areas such as health, housing, disability, education, and more.
  • Lead and collaborate on both quant and qual projects, guiding them from design to delivery.
  • Leverage AI tools to refine workflows, uncover deeper insights, and propel innovation forward (always with responsible stewardship).
  • Influence and inspire colleagues and clients alike, encouraging them to adopt novel approaches.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4–6 years' experience in a research consultancy, preferably with a blend of social and commercial backgrounds.
  • A strong foundation in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, analysis, and reporting.
  • An insatiable curiosity about AI and its potential applications in social research.
