A leading mining manufacturing and technology company seeks an HR Business Partner to collaborate with operational and senior leaders.
The role involves partnering to align HR strategies with business goals. Key responsibilities include employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, performance management, and end-to-end HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with leadership teams to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide guidance on HR-related queries and employee relations matters.
- Support the recruitment process, including onboarding and mobilisation.
- Oversee HR data management and ensure compliance with workplace regulations.
- Contribute to national HR projects, change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Advise on policies and HR legislation.
- Support leadership teams with coaching and training initiatives.
- Assist with performance management.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience in a senior HR generalist or business partnering role, ideally within the resources, OEM or industrial sectors.
- Sound understanding of Australian employment law, modern awards, and industrial agreements.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, SAP experience highly desirable.
- Proven track record working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work across multiple business units and liaise with senior management.
