Job Title

As a Risk Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization with risk management coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within the aviation industry and hold a Certificate/Diploma in risk management. A strong understanding of data analytical and problem-solving skills is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research into legislation and analyze safety data to provide risk management insights
  • Coordinate transformational programs to identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to deliver ALARP outcomes
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure risk assessments are conducted and stored in accordance with the organization's risk framework, policies, and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within the aviation industry (preferable)
  • Certificate/Diploma in risk management (preferable)
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in risk management activities, including Bow Tie risk methodology and risk frameworks
  • Sound knowledge of aviation, occupational safety, and relevant AUS/NZ and ISO Standards and Codes of Practice
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to change and continuous improvement
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with all levels of management
  • Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a multi-discipline team
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
