Key Responsibilities

The primary function of a Risk Specialist is to develop and execute risk management strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.

About This Role

As a Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • A commercial or engineering degree and experience in designing and implementing risk management strategies.
  • Expertise in facilitating risk workshops, performing risk assessments, and BowTie Analysis.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment criteria and matrices, as well as the ability to design and implement risk assurance activities.
  • Working knowledge of first- and second-line assurance related to risks and health, safety, and risk management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
