Training and Compliance Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Compliance Administrator to join our HSE & Training team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing workforce training, competency programs, and record-keeping, ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory, organisational, and functional obligations.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification or Cert IV in Training & Assessing, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong analytical skills with experience in generating reports.
Additionally, they should have gained experience in safety-critical environments such as rail, automotive, military, defence, avionics, or similar industries.
In this role, you will work closely with the HSE teams on site to coordinate training schedules and administration functions, analysing data to form recommendations for solutions and improvement.
You will deliver technical excellence, create efficient innovative solutions, and empower a united and collaborative culture.
