About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic ICT team as a Procurement and Administration Officer.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end ICT procurement, including raising requisitions, sourcing quotes, issuing purchase orders, and processing invoices according to finance and procurement policies.

You will ensure timely delivery of ICT goods and services by tracking orders, escalating delays, and maintaining strong supplier communication.

Maintaining accurate records across ICT assets and services is also a critical part of this role.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities effectively.

They will also have high attention to detail and accuracy across procurement, invoicing, and record-keeping tasks.

A proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment is essential for success in this role.

In addition, proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with procurement or ERP systems is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end ICT procurement, including raising requisitions, sourcing quotes, issuing purchase orders, and processing invoices according to finance and procurement policies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of ICT goods and services by tracking orders, escalating delays, and maintaining strong supplier communication.
  • Maintain and update key registers such as ICT assets, mobile services, and procurement records to support accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Support mobile service administration, including coordinating devices, managing service data, and assisting the End User Services team.
  • Assist with expense management and general ICT administration, contributing to smooth operations and continuous process improvement.
