Civil Engineer for Defence Projects

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in New South Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering defence projects, providing technical expertise and coaching junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design management and project coordination of multidisciplinary defence civil projects
  • Developing and implementing solutions to complex problems, collaborating with the team to shape the world we live in
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to junior engineers, focusing on technical areas of expertise, project planning and execution, and business development activities
  • Participating in the transport leadership group to define and shape strategy in response to market needs

Requirements:

  • Qualified Professional Engineer (CPEng) or Engineering Technologist with Engineers Australia (or equivalent)
  • Civil engineering experience in a consulting environment, with a focus on general civil projects and strong links to the Australian Defence sector
  • Values-driven individual who enjoys sharing successes and delivering excellence for clients
