Infrastructure Projects Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Projects Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our Projects & Infrastructure team, working closely with leading partners on complex transactions.

This is a client-facing position where you will collaborate across practice groups and jurisdictions, contribute to business development, and help shape the future growth of this market-leading team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising on major infrastructure projects
  • Structuring and financing Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects
  • Investment attraction and national resilience projects
  • Social impact and innovative financing structures
  • Strategic advice on complex multi-party and cross-border transactions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience advising on infrastructure, projects, energy, or defence matters
  • Strong knowledge of front-end project documentation and complex deal structures
  • Experience in cross-border or multi-party projects
  • A commercial and solutions-driven approach
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working at the intersection of infrastructure, energy, technology, and defence
