Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents.
Job Description:
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care that is tailored to each resident's individual needs and preferences. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of our residents, ensuring that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Ideal experience in aged care, with a strong understanding of the complexities of caring for older adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and colleagues
