As a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive healthcare environment.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Implement high-quality patient care through effective nursing policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient assessments and treatments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Care Specialist/support worker.
- A current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and Criminal Record Check clearance certificates.
- An updated vaccination/immunisation record.
- Demonstrated understanding and participation of quality improvement processes/initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain accurate clinical and assessment data.
- Certification in First Aid and Basic Life Support is essential.
