About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking clinical care for individual residents as required, including complex wound care, pain management, behaviour management, end-of-life care and other clinical procedures. You will also liaise with relevant Residential care staff, medical, allied health, hospital and other specialist health practitioners to ensure residents receive high level clinical care.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake, or supervise others to undertake, clinical care for individual residents as required.
- Liaise with relevant Residential care staff, medical, allied health, hospital and other specialist health practitioners.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
- Recent experience in caring for high care and dementia residents.
- Knowledge of wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, clinical assessments, care plans.
