Key Role: Fund Administration Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to support our fund service and administration team in delivering daily investment operations. This role involves managing investment schemes, client mandates, and overseeing the performance of these investments.

This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic team responsible for various fund management tasks including unit pricing, distribution reviews, new fund onboarding, and client interactions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in fund accounting, service, or administration, along with strong knowledge of unit pricing, tax distributions, and domestic/international fixed income markets.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day investment operations for multiple funds
  • Conduct regular review of unit pricing and fund distributions
  • Oversee new fund and client onboarding processes
  • Coordinate with product and front office teams for efficient delivery

Requirements
  • Experience in fund accounting, service, or administration (minimum 5 years)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or related field
