Job Title: Clinical Midwifery Educator
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Midwifery Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our NUM and Clinical Midwifery Consultants to develop, implement and evaluate evidence-based educational programs for maternity and neonatal staff.
The ideal candidate will have experience in midwifery education and training, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality clinical education and training.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver educational programs that meet the needs of maternity and neonatal staff
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve program objectives
- Communicate effectively with staff, managers and other stakeholders
- Registration as a midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience in midwifery education and training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
