We are seeking a Project & Office Support Assistant to support our Melbourne office and project teams' business development initiatives. This role involves coordinating proposals, supporting business development activities, and maintaining efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate events, perform general administrative tasks, and handle front desk duties.
- Assist in the coordination of the proposal process, collaborating with teams for inputs, tracking progress, and overseeing document production.
- Support business development activities, including coordinating BD and B2B meetings, managing public tenders, and tracking business opportunities.
- Certificate in administration or equivalent experience.
- Experience in proposal coordination, marketing, or similar roles within a professional services environment is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
