We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our collaborative, friendly, and passionate team in a fast-paced environment across three hotels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scoping new opportunities, building rapport with clients to convert business across multiple market segments, while offering excellent customer service and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Ensure the smooth running of the department by handling all administrative work.
  2. Sales Enquiries: Proactively respond to sales enquiries through various channels in a professional and timely manner.
  3. Quote Preparation: Prepare tailored client quotations and contracts, follow up, and organize site inspections with sales processes to effectively convert business opportunities.
  4. Customer Relationships: Build rapport and effective business relationships with clients using a professional and friendly approach.
  5. Internal Communications: Develop strong internal departmental communications and relationships with Revenue, Reservations, F&B, Front Office, and hotel partnerships.
  6. Knowledge Development: Train and develop deep knowledge across the property portfolio.
  7. Reporting: Manage enquiries in Accor systems and reporting processes.
