Procurement Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced procurement specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, from supplier identification and prequalification through to contract execution and post-award management.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving procurement strategy, supplier management, and contract negotiation. They will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the procurement process, including supplier identification, prequalification, and contract execution.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost efficiency and improve supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain and enhance supplier relationships to ensure high levels of performance, reliability, and compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or contract management, ideally within offshore wind, renewable energy, or large-scale infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex contracts and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
