Procurement Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned procurement specialist to drive the delivery of our offshore wind projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supplier Identification and Assessment:
  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers that can meet our project requirements, ensuring timely delivery and performance guarantees.
  • Tender Management:
  • Coordinate the tendering process, including RFP issuance, bid analysis, and documentation preparation; engage with internal stakeholders during negotiations.
  • Contract Development:
  • Create contractual agreements that adhere to industry standards, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance.
  • Claim Resolution:
  • Collaborate with the project management team and legal experts to assess and resolve claims in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing goods and services, preferably within renewable energy or offshore industries.
  • Alternatively, candidates with experience in commercial, legal, contract management, or tendering roles will be considered.
