We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Manager to lead our operational functions in a higher education setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, enhancing student experience, and driving process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience running operations in higher education or VET, with a strong focus on compliance. They will possess practical knowledge of regulatory requirements, including TEQSA, Higher Education Standards Framework, ESOS/National Code/CRICOS. Additionally, they will be confident in managing student management systems and data analysis.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining accurate records and audit-ready documents. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with academic leaders on calendars, progression, and appeals. Furthermore, they will monitor service metrics, resolve issues quickly, and drive process improvements.
Requirements:- Proven experience running operations in higher education or VET, with a focus on compliance.
- Practical understanding of regulatory requirements, including TEQSA, Higher Education Standards Framework, ESOS/National Code/CRICOS.
- Confident with student management systems and data analysis.
- Strong judgement, organisational skills and follow-through.
