Senior Education Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead the day-to-day operations of our Melbourne campus.

This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of academic programs, compliance with regulatory bodies, and fostering a positive learning environment for students.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily campus operations, including facilities, staff, and student services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, auditors, and stakeholders.
  • Lead and support academic and administrative teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and student support services.
  • About You:
  • A proven leader with experience in an RTO or higher education environment.
  • A strong understanding of ESOS Act, National Code, and ASQA/TEQSA compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
