Job Description

At ServiceNow, we're seeking a talented Field Innovation Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in stimulating customer vision, providing insight into technology trends, and defining how ServiceNow responds to them.

As a Field Innovation Officer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accelerating sales conversations by helping customers understand the full breadth of ServiceNow and its capabilities.
  • Acting as an advisor and changing the way people think about technology and its applications.
  • Getting customers excited about the future of ServiceNow and giving them a vision of what their business could look like in the future, truly transformed.
  • Showing customers how the Art of the Possible can help them enter new business areas outside of IT.
  • Focusing on macro topics that are happening in the world and what this impact means to the future of technology and ServiceNow.

You'll work closely with account teams and sales leadership to unlock new buying centers, engage with executives outside of IT, drive thought leadership, and communicate the ServiceNow corporate vision and strategy to our customers and partners.

We're looking for someone with real-world experience, C-level gravitas, and stage presence who can deliver the vision of the future and demystify the complexity of the past. You'll thrive as an individual contributor and have an opinion on today's technology and business transformation landscape.

Opinions matter, and you'll take feedback from customer sessions and drive change within the company.
