Key Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate sales conversations by helping customers understand the full breadth of ServiceNow and its capabilities across multiple industries.
  • Act as an advisor and change the way people think, providing guidance on long-term strategy and technology strategy.
  • Define how ServiceNow is responding to emerging technology trends and their impact on customers.
  • Communicate the ServiceNow corporate vision and strategy to customers and partners.
  • Identify, lead, and contribute to the creation of best practices, white papers, workshops, and other thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of industry trends and the ability to articulate ServiceNow's value proposition to the highest level.
  • Real-world experience, C-level gravitas, and stage presence to deliver the vision of the future and demystify complexity.
  • Ability to thrive as an individual contributor and have an opinion on today's technology and business transformation landscape.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including public speaking, meeting facilitation, workshops, and whiteboarding.
  • Exposure to and understanding of multiple service management and organizational change domains.
  • Intrinsically curious and passionate about researching current and emerging technology trends and specific industries.
  • Ability to bring a new perspective to ServiceNow and evangelize their point of view to audiences ranging from technical developers to executives.

Travel Requirements:

50-75% travel, given our geographically placed countries that we service.
