Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of a landmark Class 2 residential development. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive project success across scope, design coordination, budget, schedule, procurement, quality, subcontractors, and safety.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion.
  • Grow project outcomes by identifying opportunities for efficiency, value-add, and enhanced results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with Class 2 building codes, contracts, and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
  • A seasoned Project Manager with at least 5 years' experience delivering complex multi-unit Class 2 residential projects.
  • Proven ability to manage $10M+ projects with confidence, ensuring budgets, timelines, and contracts are met.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead, motivate, and coordinate diverse teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented and proactive, with a focus on delivering quality while growing project outcomes.
  • Registered/licensed to meet Class 2 building practitioner requirements in NSW.
