We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Padel Club Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our new padel facility. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a world-class customer experience by building and coordinating the club team, managing operations at the bar/cafe and reception area, and maintaining a welcoming and presentable club environment.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">The ideal candidate will have front of house and/or F&B experience, strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a positive and innovative mindset. You will also become a product expert for all padel items stocked at the club, assist in organising and running tournament days and corporate events, and generate fresh ideas for social events and oversee their execution.
">Prioritising the safety and well-being of customers and colleagues, promoting equal opportunities and diversity awareness, and managing stock and delivery scheduling are also essential responsibilities of this role.
