Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our fitness club. This is an exciting opportunity for a woman who is passionate about fitness, wellness, and women's health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the club
  • Champion and be accountable for the results of the club and team
  • Oversee the operation of the club, drive results and encourage a strong team environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven retail, service or sales management experience
  • Experience in the fitness industry highly regarded
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, solid instructing skills, and ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to drive local area marketing campaigns and initiatives
