Padel Club Staff Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our padel club staff team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the club operates efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests warmly and checking them in for bookings
  • Managing the bar/cafe, clubhouse, and reception area
  • Maintaining a welcoming and well-presented clubhouse environment
  • Developing expertise in all padel items stocked at the club
  • Supporting tournament days and corporate events
  • Conceiving and coordinating social events
  • Ensuring customer and colleague safety and wellbeing

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Front of House or F&B experience
