Casual Support Workers for Disability Services

Role Overview
The Support Workers play a vital role in engaging with participants, helping them to improve their quality of life. They create meaningful opportunities, connect with individual strengths, and foster supportive partnerships that empower each person to achieve their fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist participants with significant physical and behavioral challenges.
- Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities.
- Ensure all documentation and reports are maintained to the highest standards.
- Carry out assigned tasks aimed at meeting clients' personal needs and community support goals.
- Be flexible in fulfilling various duties as directed by management.
- Engage in regular team discussions to enhance service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
Essential Qualifications
Applicants must possess the following:
- NDIS worker screening clearance.
- Certificate III in Disability Services.
- NDIS COVID-19 Certification.
- Proof of full vaccination.
- Valid driver's license.
- Working with Children Check.
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation certificate is also required.
