Collection Management Specialist

As a key member of our accounting team, you will play a vital role in managing our cash flow and ensuring that we receive timely payments from our clients.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work accurately and efficiently. They will also be responsible for reconciling accounts receivable ledgers, preparing and distributing monthly statements to customers, and following up on outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of clients
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
