Accounts Receivable Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to manage and maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of clients, following up on outstanding payments, and resolving any issues or discrepancies. They will also work closely with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues, providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of clients
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
