• Coordinate comprehensive end-to-end HR programs and processes aligned with Company policies and standards.

This position will:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes effectively.
• Support hiring managers in efficient recruitment and selection.
• Provide expert advice to leaders on company policies, National Employment Standards, awards, and certified agreement conditions.
• Contribute to issue resolution and other people programs including performance planning and reviews.

The Human Resources Department supports on-the-job learning and development to build and expand HR and IR skills, knowledge, and experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

To be successful you will have:

• Degree qualification in Human Resources or similar (desirable) and/or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Experience with recruitment and selection of a geographically dispersed blue-collar workforce.
• Comprehensive understanding of industrial frameworks, i.e., legislation, awards, agreements.
• Ability to liaise and negotiate with stakeholders effectively.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
