Skilled Tradesperson Lead

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson or 4th year apprentice to join our Building Asset Renewal team on the Gold Coast. This role is ideal for someone looking to step into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Coordination: Supervise and coordinate daily site activities under the guidance of the Site Manager or Foreman.
  • Carpentry Tasks: Execute carpentry tasks including structural repairs, timber framing, cladding, and finish work.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and site safety protocols.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate site records and contribute to project reporting.
Requirements:
  • Trade Qualification: Trade qualification in Carpentry (Cert III or higher).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial or remedial construction preferred.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications is preferred. Familiarity with QA, Safety, and Environmental systems is preferred.
