As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Sydney CBD area.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional cleaning services to multiple government sites. This will involve ensuring that your team meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency while providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.

To achieve this, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a keen understanding of cleaning operations and technologies.

  • Manage a diverse workforce, including rostering, payroll, and training
  • Liaise with clients and employees to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, including toolbox talks and risk assessments
  • Maintain a professional presentation and provide outstanding customer service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Proven experience in cleaning operations and managing a diverse workforce
  • A Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driver's license is essential
  • Excellent communication and technology skills
  • A working knowledge of work health and safety principles
  • The ability to deliver high-quality cleaning services according to contractual requirements
