Palliative Care Specialist for Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals

ClearCompany is seeking a highly skilled Palliative Care Specialist to join our team at Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals. As a key member of our medical staff, you will provide clinical management and treatment of patients under your care.
About the Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Staff Specialist to complement and enhance our current Palliative Care Medicine team. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical management and treatment of patients in a SWSLHD facility under your care. This will involve working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A current medical practitioner registration or eligibility for registration with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) or equivalent specialist recognition
- Demonstrated clinical practice of a high standard and ability to adapt clinical practice in accordance with contemporary evidence-based best practice
- Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management
- Demonstrated participation in teaching and training at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level, including supervision of junior medical staff
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing self-education and development, including evidence of participation in continuing medical education/continuing professional development
