We're seeking a driven and motivated professional to join our team of financial experts. With real flexibility depending on your background and goals, you'll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and build a successful career in finance.

  • Full-time employment with base salary plus uncapped commissions
  • OR join as a Credit Representative and earn commission on brought-your-own deals
  • Leads provided via multiple channels - so you're not starting from scratch
  • Willing to train the right person - experience not essential
  • Refer mortgage clients to our brokerage and earn extra commission
  • Suburban office with natural light
  • Onsite parking, plus close proximity to public transport
About the Role:
  • A self-starter who's motivated by uncapped earnings
  • Excellent communicator who can build trust and convert leads
  • Experience in finance or lending is ideal - but not required
  • Alternatively, if you're already a Credit Rep with a network, this is a high-split, low-overhead opportunity
  • Strong work ethic and desire to grow your career in finance

As a Lending Specialist, you'll be responsible for sourcing and securing loan opportunities for our clients. With a strong focus on building relationships and driving sales, you'll have the opportunity to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
