This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract position working Full time hours, 76 hours per fortnight, located in Cairns.What you'll bring to the roleTo succeed in this role, you'll consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
We'd love you to have :Extensive experience in customer service or salesHigh level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulationsAn ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and a develop a holistic view of their situationHighly developed credit analysis skillsAn understanding of small business offeringsConsumer lending experience – this is essentialSo, why work with us?
