Superannuation Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Administration Support Specialist to join our Superannuation team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Mail collection, distribution and filing (physical and electronic)
- Tax Agent Portal administration, including correspondence through ATOmate and lodgement of BAS/IAS returns
- Document and Records Management, including management of client records and database updates
- Registrations and updates through the Australian Business Register (ABR)
- SMSF Administration, including collation of client report packages and preparation of engagement letters
- Client Billing and Ad-hoc Reception duties
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Previous industry experience in SMSF or Accounting is highly desirable
- A high level of attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Experience using Adobe, Office365, Cloudoffis and SuperMate is highly regarded
- An approachable and collaborative nature, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently as part of a small team
