We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Assistant to support our Superannuation team in a dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance of accurate records and data, including mail collection, distribution, and filing (physical and electronic)
- Administrative tasks related to the Tax Agent Portal, including correspondence through ATOmate, BAS/IAS returns lodgement, and client details updates
- Document and Records Management, encompassing client records management and database updates
- Registration and updates through the Australian Business Register (ABR)
- SMSF Administration, including report package collation, engagement letter preparation, document sending to auditors, ASIC/PPSR/property title searches, and annual return lodgement
- Client Billing and flexibility to assist with basic housekeeping duties
- Temporary Reception support to cover breaks
- Prior experience in SMSF or Accounting is preferred but not essential
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Adobe, Office 365, CloudOffis, and SuperMate will be highly regarded
- Able to work effectively in a small team environment and possess an energetic and bright nature
